Claire("본 앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 수집·이용·공유·보관·파기하는 개인정보에 대해 설명합니다.
수집 — 본 앱은 사용자가 직접 업로드하거나 촬영한 얼굴 셀카 사진을 수집합니다. 이 사진에는 얼굴 이미지가 포함됩니다.
이용 — 얼굴 사진은 오직 요청하신 캔딧 사진을 생성하는 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 사용자를 식별·인증하거나 얼굴 인식 프로필/템플릿을 만들지 않습니다.
공유(제3자 전송) — 생성을 위해 얼굴 사진은 Google LLC의 Gemini API(생성형 AI 서비스)로 전송됩니다. 전송 전에 앱 내에서 무엇을·누구에게 보내는지 고지하고 사용자의 명시적 동의를 받습니다. Google은 자체 개인정보 보호정책에 따라 본 방침과 동등한 수준의 보호를 제공하며, 해당 데이터를 자사 AI 모델의 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
보관·삭제·저장 — 얼굴 사진은 생성 처리에만 일회성으로 사용되며 본 앱 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 생성 직후 폐기되며, Google 측에도 지속 보관되지 않습니다. 생성된 결과 이미지만 사용자 갤러리에 최대 1시간 임시 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 원본 얼굴 사진으로 만든 별도의 생체 템플릿·해시는 생성·보관하지 않습니다.
캔딧 사진 생성 서비스 제공, 계정 인증, 결제 처리 및 크레딧 관리, 무료 이용자 대상 광고 제공, 서비스 개선 및 오류 대응.
서비스 제공을 위해 다음 처리자를 이용합니다. 각 사의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용되며, 본 방침과 동등한 수준의 보호를 제공합니다.
업로드한 얼굴 사진은 생성 후 서버에 보존하지 않습니다. 생성 결과 이미지는 최대 1시간 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 계정 정보·결제 이력은 계정 유지 기간 동안 보관하며, 계정 삭제 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
앱 내 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 언제든 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 문의를 통해 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

Face data. Claire creates AI candid photos from a selfie you upload or take. Collection: we collect the face photo you provide. Use: the face photo is used solely to generate the candid photo you request; we do not use it to identify or authenticate you and do not build any facial-recognition profile or template. Sharing: to generate the image, your face photo is sent to Google LLC's Gemini API (a third-party generative-AI service). Before sending, the app discloses in-app what is sent and to whom and obtains your explicit consent. Google provides protection equal to this policy under its own privacy policy and does not use this data to train its AI models. Retention, deletion & storage: the face photo is used once for generation and is never stored on our servers; it is discarded immediately after processing and is not retained by Google. Only the generated result image is kept in your gallery for up to 1 hour, then auto-deleted. No separate biometric template or hash is created or stored.
We also collect your email (sign-in via Google/Apple), purchase identifiers, and — for free users showing ads — an advertising identifier (AdMob; iOS only with your ATT consent). Processors: Google LLC (Gemini generation, sign-in, AdMob, Play), Apple Inc. (sign-in, App Store), Supabase (auth & temporary storage), RevenueCat (purchases).
